About us

Build to Suit offers a "style build" technique to building and construction that speeds the shipment of tasks, makes sure quality and lessens expense. We hand-select the architect that will best fit the consumer's requirements. In turn, we obtain engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in combination with the designer for a typical objective. With consumer input, we manage every step of style, while keeping an eye on expense and schedule. Once building and construction begins, we manage development, quality and last shipment, consisting of close-out files, commissioning and a one year service warranty.

Exciting development is underway at the former Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are happy to be transforming this familiar landmark into 60 new housing units, bringing fresh opportunities to the neighborhood. Residents are expected to move in next year. Our really own Michael Villhauer just recently crossed 1,000,000 flight miles with Delta, a turning point that reflects the reach, devotion, and hustle it requires to manage tasks across the country. A Dream Granted! ⭐ Ella, a brave cancer survivor and daughter of our colleague Chad Houge, just recently had her wish approved by Make-A-Wish Iowa - a remarkable journey to Estes Park, CO with her household. This moment advises us that hope, strength, and community make all the difference. We're honored to back up Chad and his family, and we're extremely grateful to Big Grove Brewery in Cedar Rapids, IA for hosting the event that helped make Ella's wish a truth. We just recently finished a Rec Room renovation for our good friends at Ronald McDonald House Charities, transforming the area into a warm, welcoming retreat for households. This upgrade functions: ➡ Modern, comfy furniture ➡ A mix of open event areas and peaceful nooks ➡ A dynamic custom wall covering and rug ➡ Interactive video games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches aim to develop an area where families can relax, reset, and feel supported. Today we had the opportunity to host Spencer, a current Regina High School graduate, for a task shadow experience at BTS. He hung around both in the office and out on the job site, giving him a well-rounded, hands-on take a look at how a task comes together from start to finish. We're always grateful to support students who are pursuing professions in the construction market. It's a privilege to partner with Regina High School and assist introduce students like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. As we assess Memorial Day, we're advised of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the importance of supporting those who continue to address the call. ❤ We recently completed a renter enhancement task for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will serve as a recruitment office and includes an open workplace location, a training space, the Section Chief's office, and washrooms. This task is a strong example of our group's capability to deliver high-quality, functional spaces that support significant missions in our .
